En el pabellón Mireia Belmonte se disputó el pasado 16 de febrero el TTR 2 estrellas de las categorías Sub13, Sub15 y Absoluto así como el de 1* de la categoría S17. Un torneo con una categoría que nunca se había realizado en la Región de Murcia.
Hasta el municipio Torreño se acercaron jugadores de diferentes comunidades autónomas como Castilla La Mancha, Baleares, Andalucía, Comunidad Valenciana, así como la mayoría de los clubes de la Región. Tal fue la participación que el citado torneo se disputó en dos instalaciones diferentes para poder albergar y no excluir a ningún jugador.
De nuestro club salió una gran expedición de jugadores cartageneros para todas las categorías, Rubén Pedreño, Leo Jiménez, Nikita Nikitin, Lilia Nikitina, Pablo Caparrós, Andrea Hernández, Aitana Romero, Marco Escusa, Fabio de León, María del LLuch Martín, Nerea Pérez, Gustavo Garzo, Víctor Jiménez.
De todos ellos, se obtuvieron los oros de Nikita y Lilia en dobles mixto S15, y de Nikita en IM S15, Lilia obtuvo el oro también en dobles femenino junto a Aitana Romero DFS15, Aitana plata en IF S15, Marco y Nerea plata en DX S15, Nerea bronce en IF S15 y Marco bronce en IM S15. Rubén Pedreño bronce en IM S13 y plata en DM S13. María del Lluch oro en DF Abs y bronce en IF Abs, mientras que Pablo Caparrós y Andrea Hernández bronce en DX Abs y Pablo Caparrós oro en DM Abs.
